Howard Stern Blames Simon Cowell For Gabrielle Union "AGT" Controversy

Terry Crews criticized the reaction to Gabrielle Union's

Osbourne's statements come after the media has been raving about Union's reported qualms with the network, and alleged racial comments that she faced when in the show.

Variety reported that Union and fellow judge Julianne Hough were fired after receiving several complaints about their physical appearance.

Union seemed to have her own response to NBC by retweeting a post from author Joelle Monique that read, "A solid apology comes in three parts. 1". Fans also noted that Union was one of Crews' few public supporters when he accused Hollywood agent Adam Venit of having handled him at a party in 2017. Though the Bring It On actress hasn't shared details around why she was let go, her husband, Dwayne Wade, did confirm that it was untimely.

Osbourne, who left the show in 2012, said on "The Talk" that she "left because of NBC, not because of the show".

Sharon Osbourne weighed in again on the controversy surrounding Gabrielle Union's firing from America's Got Talent and called out Simon Cowell for running a "boys club" on his shows.

"It's time for NBC to stop protecting powerful men at the expense of its workers and address its toxic workplace culture, once and for all".

We're digging into "Dancing With the Stars" victor, "America's Got Talent" had two major exits, Dog the Bounty Hunter is in a new movie role and Angelina Pivarnick's wedding got messy when her "Jersey Shore" stars roasted her in their speeches! Soon, Variety published a report claiming that the 47-year-old had been pushed out after expressing concerns over the show's "toxic culture", raising objections to a racially insensitive joke told by guest host Jay Leno and questioning why she kept getting notes from producers saying her hair was "too black".

"Obviously, there wasn't anybody of colour on the panel when I was there". So I honestly can't say. "But when I was there it was, you know, a great show to work on". Jury and host members are regularly updated NBC and producers take all issues seriously.

NBC and the makers of "AGT" discharged a joint articulation Sunday, clarifying that despite everything they're working their way through the circumstance.

The productions NBC and Fremantle reacted to the controversy by stating in a statement: " America's Got Talent "has a long tradition of inclusion and diversity in our talent and in the actions defended by the series". "We remain committed to ensuring a respectful workplace for all employees and take very seriously any questions about workplace culture", the group said, via Variety.

NBC said in a statement to CNN on Monday they are working with Union to "hear more about her concerns".

It sounds like Union is more interested in healing than litigation though. "Humbled and thankful, with out waste" along with a coronary heart.
