Gabrielle Union was let go from'America's Got Talent ahead of its upcoming season

A report last week from Variety described a "toxic culture" on the set of "America's Got Talent" after news that Union and Hough would not be returning to the reality competition for a second year.

On Monday's episode of The Talk, Osbourne said it was her decision to leave America's Got Talent because of "issues" she had with its home network, NBC.

Osbourne was a judge from Season 2 to Season 7, leaving in 2012. Howie Mandel is the show's longest-serving judge, having joined in 2010.
