Google Pixel 4 XL to Come with 6.23-inch Display, Snapdragon 855

The Mountain View firm are expected to reveal their next Pixel device during a major event in October, as they have done for previous Pixel phones. Other than that, the Pixel 4 is rumored to come with a 90Hz display, 6GB RAM, and a dual rear camera setup.

In a separate leak on Twitter, Evan Blass has shared what looks like a screen-protector maker's image of the Pixel 4, with the screen showing the date October 15 leading to speculations that this time around, Google will hold its "Made by Google" hardware event on October 15, instead of the rumoured October 9 date.

While many phone makers seem to be under the impression that bigger is better, Google could actually be shrinking the screen on the Pixel 4 XL, albeit only slightly.

The latest in a growing list of Pixel 4 leaks come in the form of an official-looking promo video that describes numerous upcoming features of the Made by Google devices. Today is no different as a short video clip featuring an orange Google Pixel 4 has appeared on YouTube. Interestingly, this render also reveals the front of the Pixel 4.

Further details also show that the phone's display measures in at 6.23-inches, while its resolution is rated at 1440 x 3040 pixels, and with a pixel density of 540 ppi.

Apart from this, the Pixel 4 XL is said to be powered by the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset. The phone comes with Android 10 out-of-the-box, which is visible from the Google assistant seen at the bottom. The handset might feature an Apple-like Face ID system along with Soli radar sensors for motion sensing.
