Antonio Brown: 'I feel like I was enemy of the f

Speaking to the media following the team's latest practice, Raiders coach Jon Gruden confirmed that Brown was at practice, and in a new, certified helmet.

Gruden told reporters that there's been "no distractions" for him or the team concerning Brown, whose second grievance hearing with the National Football League will be presided by the same arbitrator from his first hearing and is scheduled for Friday morning, a source told ESPN's Josina Anderson.

Although it seemed as if Brown still wouldn't be practicing with the team - he was seen walking off the field when players put their helmets on - it looks like Brown did end up joining in. "He's all-in, ready to go", Gruden said. "That's my understanding. Really happy to have him out here. He's a great player".

Brown believed last week that he had found a suitable replacement - a helmet manufactured within the past 10 years - but it did not meet additional testing parameters.

But who knows? Maybe he is accepting the Schutt Vengeance Z10 LTD what will protect his head for the rest of his career.

Brown left the team twice in training camp in Napa, California - the first time for two weeks to ostensibly seek treatment for his frostbitten feet; the second time on Sunday, skipping out on practice in anger over the league denying his helmet.

This third episode of Hard Knocks did a much better job than its predecessors at tackling the biggest storyline surrounding the Oakland Raiders' preseason: Antonio Brown, and his head and feet.

"It's not been a distraction to me at all", Gruden said when asked about the wide receiver's situation. A really good player. "I hate to break it to anybody but we've known what the status is regarding his feet". "He had frostbite, he took four or five days to get it checked out, and we knew about the grievance since the first day of OTAs, which we did". It's something that's really important to him. The Raiders are getting good competition at almost every position group, which should make cuts very hard this summer.

Brown had 686 catches and 9,145 yards receiving the past six seasons in Pittsburgh, the best marks ever for a receiver in a six-year span. Getting the feet trimmed up.
