Patrick Stewart Has A Dog Friend On 'Picard' Poster

CBS All Access Star Trek Picard Key Art Released by Patrick Stewart

CBS All Access has released the new Star Trek: Picard key art featuring Sir Patrick Stewart as Jean-Luc Picard in the upcoming series.

The poster reveals that Picard is retired at his family's French vineyard.

Perhaps more will come when Picard travels to San Diego Comic-Con as part of the Star Trek panel scheduled for Hall H, which will show what Chabon, Stewart and business are doing.

Check out the artwork below.

The series comes from executive producer Alex Kurtzman and writers including Akiva Goldsman, Heather Kadin and Michael Chabon, and is thought to be set around 20 years after the end of Star Trek: The Next Generation.

The dog's name, according to the dog tag, which is shaped like a Starfleet emblem, appears to be No. 1.

A fresh Star Trek poster: Picard provides his iconic position back to Patrick Stewart and also his accompanying dog. The new series will follow this iconic character into the next chapter of his life.

There's still a lot we don't know about this new series, but fresh info and announcements have been trickling out at a steady rate.

Star Trek: Picard supplies away slightly, as we might count on, contemplating how distant the primary of the collection remains to be. This could refer to one of two things; the image looks a little like a similar orb of light seen on the poster for "Star Trek: Generations", which saw Picard working with William Shatner's Captain Kirk.

Patrick will also be reuniting with his former co-star and director Jonathan Frakes, who played Commander William T. Riker on the previous series.
