Apple announces WWDC 2019 will kick off on June 3

Apple to host annual Worldwide Developers Conference June 3-7 in San Jose

Apple today announced it will host its annual Worldwide Developers Conference in San Jose from June 3 through June 7 at the McEnery Convention Center.

Apple is promoting WWDC 2019 with the tagline: "Write code. Blow minds." Apple has also developed an image that shows a robot having a head exploded by various developer tools, including Swift and Xcode. After iOS 12, Apple will launch iOS 13 with new design changes, new features along with other improvements. Having said that it would be interesting to see how Apple plans to bring integrated experiences for iOS and macOS users. We will certainly see macOS 10.15, the successor to last year's Mojave OS created to work with MacBooks and iMacs. Among the software stuff, there may also be some hardware news, including the one many have been waiting for two years now, and that's the new Mac Pro announcement.

Apple has now triggered the start of that event by releasing the official WWDC 2019 artwork confirming the event dates. The event brings together thousands of developers from across the world, giving them access to Apple's engineers for hands-on training.

Admitted developers will be notified of their application status on March 21st at 5 p.m. PDT.
