Kanye West reportedly planned to 'Ye-ify' Miami condo

Looks like Kim and Kanye took a pass on a Miami Beach condo | Miami Herald

Kim revealed that she is stressed over welcoming her and Kanye's fourth addition to the family.

Kardashian explained that for her, going from one to two kids was much more hard than going from two to three, and that she thinks four will be a nice and balanced number, especially considering the fact that her husband will now have more work to do. The condo is located at Faena House, which for those of you not in the know is considered the 'Billionaire Beach Bunker.' The gorgeous space was originally on the market for a jaw-dropping-but-not-exactly-unheard-of-for-South-Florida $15.5 million.

A third source close to the couple confirms Kim was hesitant about the big-ticket buy. Watch the reality TV star freak out in the clip below.

"Kim, in general, is not a fan of Kanye making spontaneous multi-million dollar purchases".

Kardashian, who is wildly successful in her business ventures, which include her KKW Beauty cosmetics line, Kimoji fragrances and mobile app, just to name a few, is a very savvy entrepreneur who can provide a lot of opportunity for the formerly incarcerated, and she hopes that other companies follow suit.

"It was just not a good fit for the family".

The gossip site said the pair want something more "private and secluded" and could be looking at places in the Bahamas "and other tropical destinations" instead.

In the new trailer for season 16, it's Kim Kardashian West sharing the news that she and her husband, Kanye West, are "having a baby".

The property West is letting go of is a four-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bath unit totally 4,700 square feet with a terrace. It's not known whether they have been renting out that property or have sold it. They reportedly bought the home and lost that sits adjacent to their existing mansion in Hidden Hills.
