Groom accused of sexually assaulting server, starting fights at his wedding reception

Groom Allegedly Sexually Assaulted Teenage Waitress and Fought Police at His Own Wedding

During the reception, which was held at the Northampton Valley Country Club on November 24, 2018, Matthew Aimers, 31, allegedly asked the waitress if they could "go outside and makeout", according to an affidavit obtained by The Philadelphia Inquirer.

A groom was arrested after allegedly forcing himself on a teenage waitress, groping the girl and exposing himself to her in a bathroom stall - at his own wedding reception. Aimers is also accused of punching a country club employee in the face after wandering outside the venue. Police halted the bus and demanded Aimers get off.

During the reception, Aimers allegedly hit on a teen waitress and "asked her to go outside and make out", according to an affidavit.

The waitress told police he started kissing her against her will before trying to unbutton her trousers and then exposed himself, the criminal complaint alleges, reports KYW News Radio 1060.

Aimers propositioned the teen by saying they could do "whatever you want", the teen told police, offering her $100 and telling her to "kiss him like she means it".

Police allege Aimers physically threatened and "continuously called" the arresting officer a "pussy and a bitch" before being taken into custody.

When Aimers began attempting to unbutton her trousers, the victim said, she grabbed his hands and pushed them away. The victim told police she eventually shoved the groom aside and escaped the bathroom.

Newsweek revealed that Aimers was freed from jail after paying only 10 percent of his $350,000 bail.

Aimers was charged with indecent assault, indecent exposure, imprisonment of a minor, harassment and related offenses.

His lawyer, Louis Busico, said that Aimers "absolutely denies all charges". "He did not commit any crime at his wedding reception and he looks forward to clearing his name after trial".

Yahoo Lifestyle could not locate Aimers for comment. Aimers is expected in court on February 21 and is out of jail after posting $35,000 of his $350,000 bail.
