Prince Philip caught driving without a seatbelt after vehicle crash

Norfolk England. This is where Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana the daughter of Prince William Duke of Cambridge and C

According to Us Weekly, Queen Elizabeth the Second was spotted in the driver's seat of a vehicle recently without a seatbelt, just a day after her husband, Prince Philip, was injured in a auto crash.

Police said the advice given to Philip was "in line with our standard response when being made aware of such images showing this type of offense".

Images published on Saturday showed Philip, wearing dark glasses and no seatbelt, back behind the wheel near the Queen's Sandringham estate.

"I'm lucky to be alive and he hasn't even said sorry".

The palace said the accident happened Thursday, Jan. 17, 2019 afternoon near the queen's country residence in Sandringham in eastern England.

A woman who broke her wrist in a auto crash with Prince Philip claims she has not received an apology from the royal family even though she could have been killed.

Buckingham Palace did not comment on the images.

A source last night confirmed that the Duke took and passed a police eyesight test yesterday. The other driver, a 28-year-old woman, suffered cuts to her knee, and a woman passenger in the auto, which also had a nine-month-old baby on board, sustained a broken wrist.

Prince Philip was examined at hospital on doctor's advice, but a check-up found no injuries of concern, a palace spokeswoman has said.

Emma added that she understands the Queen is a "busy lady", but she was hoping Her Majesty would "phone her" after the incident.

She told the paper: "I still haven't had any contact from the Royal household".

The Norfolk police have said it would be "inappropriate to speculate on the causes of the collision until an investigation is carried out".

Her 75-year-old husband Roy helped the stricken duke out of his vehicle, and he told The Sun Philip was overheard telling police he had been "dazzled by the sun". "Prince Philip apparently said to a witness that it was the Sun that dazzled him, but I can't see how that could be true when it was overcast".

Philip has pulled back from many traditional royal duties in recent years, but has remained in generally good health.

Buckingham Palace said Friday Philip and the queen contacted the people involved in the crash and exchanged good wishes, but Emma Fairweather, who suffered a broken wrist from Thursday's crash, said the royals haven't contacted them, Sky News reported.
