A year after posting footage of an apparent suicide victim in Japan's Aokigahara forest, the YouTuber is making headlines again, this time for declaring that he'll "go gay" for a month.

The YouTuber is now perhaps most remembered by the scandal involving him a year ago, when he traveled to Japan and filmed a dead body in the suicide forest of Aokigahara.

The 23-year-old said of his new year's resolution: 'We're vegan now, and we're sober. He stated that January would be sober and vegan.

"Fatal February", Majlak added. "So day one, steaks, big bottles of Tito's (vodka) and shit, just wilin' out".

Logan Paul is back to causing controversy. His fans were mostly confused, some downright hateful, meanwhile the actual LGBTQ community was both confused and honestly just kind of wishing he'd just go away instead of "going gay".

Majlak continued: "For one month, and then swing. and then go back".

One year after his huge Suicide Forest scandal that almost ended his career for good, Logan is once again infuriating people online.

Another user commented, "Logan Paul did an oopsie?"

"Logan Paul is a homophobic/transphobic bigot who offended the entire LGBTQIA+ community, he should be de platformed for his #hatecrime", wrote one.

"Being gay isn't a choice, being gay isn't a phase, being gay shouldn't be used for a trend and subscribers". We don't want him. "His homophobic comment was the last straw".

Response to this "Logan Paul gay plan" has been mixed.

Mocking the American vlogger, lesbian YouTuber Rose Ellen Dix joked: 'Think I might go gay for a month Thoughts'. He continues to be an terrible representation of the YouTube community & shows he truly has learned NOTHING over the previous year.

The pair were reported to have made £150 million ($192m) from the bout, which many branded as a sham. The boxing match took place before a crowd of 18,000 at the Manchester Arena and ended in a draw.
