Arsenal star set to cash in with Juventus move

Arsenal want Hector Herrera to replace Aaron Ramsey in the summer

Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey is set to seal a money-spinning move to Italian champions Juventus when his contract expires with the Gunners in the summer, according to reports on Thursday.

After serving 11 years at Arsenal, the 28-year-old has chose to start a new journey with the Italian Champions Juventus where he'll be playing alongside the former Manchester United and Real Madrid man Cristiano Ronaldo.

He is in line to earn up to £140,00 a week with the Italian club, which works out at £7.2 million a season, although Cristiano Ronaldo is Juventus' highest-paid player. Ramsey's Arsenal contract ends in June this year which enabled Juventus to sign him on a pre-contract agreement.

Ramsey signed for Arsenal from Cardiff for £4.8m.

Soon after Emery was appointed last summer, it was reported he wanted to build the team around Arsenal's longest-serving player, who was named as one of five captains for this season.

Meanwhile, European football expert Andy Brassel claims Juventus are willing to bide their time to land Ramsey. Let us know in the comments...

Arsenal sit fifth in the Premier League, just three points off the top four, and are also into the last 32 of the Europa League and FA Cup.
