Final Stan Lee Video Honors Fans; Avengers Pay Tribute to Lee

Stan Lee helped make nerds cool

The original six members of the Avengers cast are said to be preparing a special tribute, while Black Panther actor Chadwick Boseman put out a musical tribute for Stan on Twitter. He's also set to appear in non-Disney Marvel films like Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse, from Sony.

As for which movies we can expect to see him in, keep a lookout when you're watching Captain Marvel, which is out in March of 2019, and Avengers 4, which hits theaters in May.

'I can not tell you how much I love my fans, ' he says in the candid video, in a casual conversation before filming an interview with a reporter.

Taking to Twitter, Armie wrote: 'While attempting to provide some unnecessary social commentary, I (in true asshat form - thank you Jeffrey Dean Morgan) inadvertently offended many who were genuinely grieving the loss of a true icon. "And there's something, if you think about it, wonderful about someone caring about you - as I care about them - whom you've never met".

The real problem is not so much his personal opinion about memorial selfies, but the fact he thrust it upon the world while they were in a moment of true grief.

When one fan asked, "What else u supposed to do when someone dies armie", Hammer shot back, "If your answer is "post a selfie" then I think we need a cultural revamp across the board". But it was The Walking Dead star Jeffrey Dean Morgan who took it upon himself to blast Hammer back, writing in his own now-vanished post, "Looks like you found a way to use others ways of mourning and their memories to draw some attention to yourself". "As we were setting up the camera one day, he casually started talking about his fans".
