As we reported, the 26-year-old has left the rehab facility where she's been getting treatment over the past few months and has slowly been getting back in the El Lay groove. She captioned the snap: "I am so grateful to be home in time to vote!"

The talk show host fears that Demi Lovato's unstable living situation and her sober coach will eventually cause her to start using drugs again. "One vote can make a difference, so make sure your voice is heard!"

Reports say he is also her 'sober coach, ' aside from maybe being in the beginning stages of a romance.

Demi's last post on her page is dated back to July after she deleted the statement she posted shortly after her overdose.

"As of now, there's going to be no work activity for the rest of the year."

Ready or not, Demi Lovato is gearing up to make a full-blown comeback next year!

"She wants to remain out of rehab".

"I have always been transparent about my journey with addiction", she wrote. "She has a sober coach and a complete support system".

"Yes, she has 90 days and I couldn't be more thankful or more proud of her because addiction being a disease, it's work", she told United States radio station Sirius XM.

"[She] has dedicated herself to her sober life and has surrounded herself with people in her program".

"Demi deserves a partner who will help her continue to live a clean life and her family and friends feel she is choosing more appropriate friends".
