Asus Zenfone 6 flaunts freakish corner notch in leaked hands-on video

Zenfone 6 Prototype

In a new twist on the design, the ASUS Zenfone 6 has appeared in a leaked photo sporting a corner notch. This style places a notch for the front camera on the right top edge of the screen, between the signal indicator and the battery indicator.

A working ASUS ZenFone 6 has just surfaced online, in a number of images, and even a hands-on video. Speaking of which, there are two rear cameras.

The phone's power / lock and volume up and down buttons will be placed on the right, while its SIM card tray will probably sit on the left, though we don't really get to see the left side of the phone properly in these images or video, so we can not say for sure, it's possible that ASUS will implement the SIM card tray on the top as well, we'll see. ASUS is still considering the 3.5mm headphone jack, sitting alongside the USB-C port. Is this a trend you'd like to see more of?

At first you think the image is a bad joke, but after seeing the video people with mild OCD might be bothered and we cant judge them.

Italian site HDblog.it has posted numerous photos of what it believes to be the final Asus ZenFone 6 design that will be announced at MWC 2019 in Barcelona. There's plenty of time until MWC at the end of February, so I'm sure we'll hear more about it between now and then. One of the previous images also revealed a triple rear camera setup.

While it's unclear if this is the final build of the ZenFone 6, the device looks quite interesting and is definitely unique.

Rest of the Zenfone 6's design seems to be pretty inspired by the OnePlus 6.
