New render shows off Samsung's quad rear-camera Galaxy A9 Star Pro

Samsung reportedly launching world's first quad-camera smartphone Galaxy A9 (2018)

The Galaxy S10 will thus not be Samsung's first smartphone with an in-display fingerprint sensor.

While the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 might the Korean giant's best phone at the moment, it can be easily argued that the dedicated Bixby button is not in the best place.

Although Samsung is yet to announce United Kingdom pricing, the A7 is likely to be much cheaper with this series of phones usually costing under £500. The newest phone in the company's Galaxy A series is a pretty important one as it is the first Samsung phone to bring a triple camera setup.

At the front, the smartphone houses a 24MP selfie camera which features a new technology - Pixel Binning that allows the device to intelligently detect low light conditions and combine four pixels into one "Super Pixel" for crisp and clear shots in the dark.

The back of the Galaxy A7 sees a glass panel which is clean except for the triple cameras arranged vertically on the top left corner.

As for launch offers, Samsung is offering Rs. 2,000 cashback on HDFC Bank credit and debit card purchases.

Like last week's device, the A9 Star Pro has an 8-megapixel 120-degree wide-angle camera, a 24-megapixel f/2.0 main camera, and a 5-megapixel depth camera.

Samsung Galaxy A7 comes with 2.2GHz Octa-core backed by 4GB/6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB storage. If that is not enough then you can also expand the storage up to 512GB via microSD card.

Key features of the new Galaxy A7 are already under public domain, but the price will be revealed in a few hours at the special event scheduled at 12:00 pm noon in Bengaluru. The handset is powered by a 3300mAh battery and runs the Android Oreo operating system. Connectivity options in the Galaxy A7 (2018) include 4G VoLTE, dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, ANT+, NFC with Samsung Pay support, GPS, GLONASS, Beidou, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Just because you spent a packet on a new flagship device doesn't mean it will be perfect.Luckily, you can use software and some hidden tweaks to bring back something that you miss or add a feature you can't live without.
