If you've been itching to try Apple's latest operating system, you're in luck - iOS 12 will be available for download on September 17, Apple announced at its keynote event on Wednesday. It has undergone a total redesign and will make shopping for audiobooks and ebooks a walk in the park.

First unveiled in June at WWDC, watchOS 5 adds a suite of new features, including support for podcasts and improved Siri integration (you no longer need to begin queries with "Hey Siri"). His articles have been picked up by major and local news sources and websites such as the CNET, Engadget, Huffington Post and Verge. All three iPhones will come with iOS 12 out of the box. The golden master build, the site says, is expected to be the same version that will be released on September 17.

Still, if you're considering any of the fancy new iPhones from Apple, but you already own an iPhone, you should wait until iOS 12 becomes available before making a final decision.

Choose "install" and enter your iOS device passcode.

As for the tablets, iOS 12 will be reaching 12.9-inch iPad Pro (2nd generation), 12.9-inch iPad Pro (1st generation), 10.5-inch iPad Pro, 9.7-inch iPad Pro, iPad (6th generation), iPad (5th generation), iPad Air 2, iPad Air, iPad mini 4, iPad mini 3 and iPad mini 2.

To sign up for the public beta you will need to visit beta.apple.com on your iOS device, and log in with your iCloud account.

Most interestingly, Mojave also debuts the first UIKit-made on macOS in the form of Apple's own Home, News and Stocks apps. Messages and FaceTime also get the ability to let users share images and videos directly from inside the app.

Notification grouping on the lock screen: Push notifications will be stacked and grouped by app and topic. It is advised they do so directly from the iPhone or iPad they will be updating to iOS 12.
