Listen to the conversations Omarosa secretly recorded of John Kelly

Omarosa's book marks stunning turn-around for a former top aide

According to the Post, an excerpt from Unhinged also claims that Lara Trump, the President's daughter-in-law, and adviser offered Omarosa a job after she was sacked from The White House.

Omarosa Manigault shared one of her much-talked-about White House recordings with Meet the Press viewers on Sunday and it raises some terrifying possibilities.

"The first time I ever heard Omarosa suggest those very bad things about this president are in this book", she said, noting Manigault Newman "is somebody who gave a glowing appraisal of Donald Trump the businessman, the star of the 'The Apprentice, ' the candidate and, indeed, the president of the United States".

Manigault Newman also claims Trump repeatedly uses the racially offensive N-word, including on an occasion when he was taped, and has threatened to reveal the names of illegitimate children he has allegedly fathered.

Manigault Newman said in the book that she had not heard the recording, but Sunday she told host Chuck Todd that, after the book closed, she heard the recording. She acknowledges she had never been able to obtain or hear the tapes but said three unnamed sources had described their contents.

"She taped the chief of staff for the White House in the situation room, clearly a violation of every security protocol that she signed when she applied for a security clearance", Spicer said on "Fox News Sunday".

"They continue to deceive this nation by how mentally declined he is".

She also brought to the "Meet the Press" set the tape of White House Chief of Staff John Kelly telling her she was sacked.

White House aides are exploring what punishment she could face for the purported recording in the Situation Room and in the building, according to a senior administration official. Trump blamed the violence on "many sides", rather than condemning the white supremacists who were protesting.

Trump adviser Kellyanne Conway responded on ABC's "This Week" that confidentiality agreements in the White House exist for a reason.

Omarosa was best known for her appearances on "The Apprentice" and its sister shows starring then-businessman Donald Trump. "I had a blind spot where it came to Donald Trump".

She added, "The president lies to the American people". "I said, 'Instead of the Bible?'" she claims to have said. "You have to have your own back because otherwise you'll look back and you'll see 17 knives in your back". "The chief of staff of the United States, under direction of the president of the United States, threatening me on damage to my reputation". That's downright criminal. And if I didn't have these recordings, no one in America would believe me. "So yes, I had to protect myself, and I have no regrets about it".
