Prince Louis's christening to take place in the Chapel Royal

Pippa Middleton Shows Off Her Baby Bump In Breezy White Dress At Wimbledon Match

Britain's Prince Louis, the baby son of Prince William and his wife Kate, is due to be christened at a private ceremony at St James's Palace in London on Monday, July 9, 2018.

Pippa, who is expecting her first child with husband James Matthews, hit Day 4 of Wimbledon in London with her brother James Middleton and she looked absolutely stunning in a breezy, white eyelet dress.

Louis is set to wear the same christening gown used by his siblings, Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

The 11-week-old's christening will astonishingly be the first time the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and their three children have been seen together in public.

While they have not been named, William's private secretary Miguel Head - who leaves the post this month - is the bookies' favourite to be among the godparents.

George was also christened in the Chapel Royal, but Charlotte was baptised at the Church of St Mary Magdalene in Sandringham.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, whomarried in May, are likely to be there.

On the day, William and Kate will also be joined by other senior members of the royal family, including the Queen, Prince Philip, Prince Charles and the newlyweds, Harry and Meghan - with the christening marking the Duchess' first as a member of the royal family.

After being worn by 62 royal babies, including Queen Elizabeth II and Prince William, the gown was deemed too fragile to wear, so a replica was created to continue the tradition.

"Sleeping's going reasonably well so far, so he's behaving himself, which is good", he added.

His father said he had "thrice the worry now" when he left hospital with Kate to take the infant home to Kensington Palace. The only royal family member to get that distinction was Zara Tindall, the daughter of Princess Anne, who was named as one of George's seven godparents in 2013.

Prince Louis will be christened in the Lily Font, a silver gilt font and bowl decorated in lilies, ivy and cherubs.
