What Court Docs Reveal About Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's Custody Case

Actors Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt attend the Cinema for Peace Gala ceremony at the Konzerthaus Am Gendarmenmarkt during day five of the 62nd Berlin International Film Festival

The arrangement kicked off on June 8, with Pitt granted access to the kids for four hours per day as he visits them in London, where Jolie is now filming Maleficent 2.

Furthermore, the judge has provided Angie with a new cell phone policy that states that the filmmaker must provide Brad with all of the kids numbers enabling him to call of text them at free will.

Angelina Jolie has been warned she is in danger of losing primary custody of her six children to estranged husband Brad Pitt.

According to The Blast, a judge has ruled that it "is critical that each of (the children) have a healthy and strong relationship with their father and mother".

The documents outline a summer schedule, detailing when Brad will be allowed to see the kids. The schedule involves each child except for Maddox, who is being allowed to make his own choices because he is older.

The Fight Club star will see the minor children in London, where Jolie is renting a house, for 10 days in mid-June where he can spend time with one or two of them for four hours per day.

The Blast reports Jolie could lose primary custody if she doesn't work on her relationship with Pitt. Then from June 27 through July 1, he will get custody of them for 10 hours per day.

Brad Pitt scored a major victory with respect to temporary custody of his kids with Angelina Jolie - and the court issued the actress a stern warning.

There is one exception: The court is allowing their eldest, Maddox, 16, to decide how much time he wants to spend with his father.

Contentious: Jolie and Pitt split in 2016 amid allegations of child abuse against Pitt during an incident aboard a private plane.

A rep for Pitt had no comment. He is responsible for returning them back to Jolie in London on July 29, in addition to paying for their transportation.

Sources told E! News that the rift has "dragged on for months, ' is at the heart of 'why the divorce is not final" yet almost two years after Jolie filed.

The actor told GQ magazine in May 2017 that custody battles are "an investment in vitriolic hatred" and said hardly seeing his children had taken a toll: "It's just very, very jarring for the kids, to suddenly have their family ripped apart".

The court has also laid out a summer schedule for the children.

From July 8 through July 14, Pitt gets the kids for four consecutive days and gets to choose how he fills those time slots and with which children.

In some ways, the globe-trotting Jolie has come to resent Pitt for "essentially forcing her to settle down in Los Angeles with the kids", Us Weekly reported in May.
