Solicitor Rosie closes her Love Island argument on Adam

A teaser for tonight's instalment showed Rosie telling Zara that Adam has form, but the new islander goes straight to Adam about it.

Adam later defends his behaviour towards Rosie in a conversation with Zara, saying: "I'm done with her".

Speaking to This Morning, Katie said she recognised that Love Island was an "artificial environment" but if the type of behaviour Adam displayed happened repeatedly in real life it could be seen as a "form of emotional abuse".

"In a relationship, a partner questioning your memory of events, trivialising your thoughts or feelings, and turning things around to blame you can be part of pattern of gaslighting and emotional abuse".

The personal trainer has been heavily criticised online since Tuesday night's episode of the ITV reality show.

"It is only when we make a stand together against abuse in relationships that we will see attitudes change and an end to domestic abuse".

When Rosie told him she hadn't done anything wrong, Adam responded with: "Debateable".

Adam adds in the Beach Hut: "If that was some sort of "hail Mary" to try and draw my eyes back to her, it's not really going to work".

One quipped: "Watching that horrendous photo shoot footage made me want to curl up and die".

"When Sam's introduction was playing at the end of Love Island, I didn't just see him as a new islander - I saw him as the flawless weapon to challenge and destroy Adam #LoveIsland", pointed out a fifth. "I was waiting for you to come and speak to me".

'I shared a night with you.

Adam didn't respond much to what she said - but when Rosie said he'd broken her heart and he was "smug about it" he denied that was the case.

Referencing the hard scene, the statement uploaded onto Adam's account leapt to his defence as they reminded viewers the show was an "edited reality series" and it 'was nice to see someone doing what they feel is right'. "The point is the way she spoke to me and the way she's acted, and the insecure behaviour".

Viewers were not impressed one bit with his actions, there is even a fake Twitter account for the star where his '"mum" is pretending to tweet her disgust with his behaviour. "That's what pushed me away".
