David Warner To Play In The Caribbean Premier League

Candice revealed she suffered a devastating miscarriage in the aftermath of the scandal

In his first game post the ban, ex vice-captain blazed to a quick-fire 130 against the Australia National High Performance in a T20 match.

While he is prohibited from taking part in worldwide cricket and domestic cricket in Australia, he is free to play overseas, and recently signed up for the inaugural Global Twenty20 Canada league in Toronto starting later this month. On Saturday the Sri Lankan players denied to walk out and start play after the umpires chose to change the ball and impose a penalty on skipper Dinesh Chandimal for tampering with the ball.

The southpaw was in fine touch and it looked as if the ball-tampering scandal never happened. Subsequently, Warner and Smith were handed a 12-month ban while Bancroft was slapped with a nine-month ban.

After having destroyed the opposition with his "legendary stroke", Warner was seen smiling as he mingled with his opposition.

'I think he hit like 18 sixes.at least half a dozen went over the grandstand, ' the spectator said.

Although Warner has already signed for two other tournaments, the CPL is the biggest stage for him to perform and be in contention of making his national return as soon as his ban period ends.

The once highly respected cricketer has been drafted to play for Winnipeg Hawks in the Global T20 tournament in Canada. The incident also led to suspensions for captain Steve Smith and opener Cameron Bancroft.

After the innings, Warner left the field with a wide grin on his face, as he interacted with the opposition.
