Super Eagles List a True Reflection of What Most Nigerians Wanted - Amaraizu

A former Green Eagles Goalkeeper, Emmanuel Okala, has hailed Super Eagles' Technical Adviser, Coach Gernot Rohr, for the World Cup provisional list, saying it was "a good list, with promising players".

He noted that Rohr had taken the bull by the horn by ensuring that dedicated and strong legs were marshaled out to represent Nigeria at the World finals in Russian Federation.

On the new entrants and players from the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) in the list; Amaraizu said the number of NPFL players showed that the Nigerian leagues had grown.

"The journey started in 2015 when I made my debut".

The 30-man provisional list cntains regular suspects such as Mikel Obi, Victor Moses, Ogenyi Onazi and so on, but the surprise of the pack is the inclusion of Junior Lokosa, Kano Pillars striker.
