Festival Of Fantasy Dragon Catches Fire At Magic Kingdom

Maleficent Dragon

Instead of breathing fire, a dragon float in the Festival of Fantasy Parade inside Magic Kingdom caught fire.

Lucky it appears that the fire was quickly extinguished and there are no reports of any injuries.

The dragon's head is created to breath flames during the parade, but not catch the entire head on fire. The dragon is not looking so good now. And some before and after photos of the float show that the dragon certainly lost some color and looked a lot droopier after all was said and done. It really is something to see!

Flames shot out from a Walt Disney World parade float Friday and they were not the result of special effects.
