Samsung smartphone for students to avoid exam distractions

The South Korean company Samsung introduced in the domestic market a new model Galaxy Pro J2, writes the Chronicle.info with reference to the Telegraph. The Samsung DeX experience also transforms the smartphone's Infinity Display into a Touch Keyboard and Touch Pad for maximum productivity no matter where you are. It is meant so that students aren't distracted and can focus on studying for an entrance exam called suneung. The exam is seen as vitally important and can have a massive influence on the rest of a student's life.

Unsurprisingly, it seems that the J2 Pro is only being released in Korea. However, in the J2 Pro is no modules support 2G or 3G and can not connect to Wi-Fi networks. Neither is there 2G.

The new machine's a cut of the Galaxy J2 Pro, a low-end 'handset that Samsung's Korea-only announcement says "is a product that blocks mobile data such as 3G, LTE, and Wi-Fi, and needs to focus on learning and needs of senior users who are sensitive to data charges". There is also a vertical setup that reminisces of the Apple flagship and of course a variant with the usual camera placement for Samsung - in the center.

The Samsung J2 Pro, which will be made available in black and gold colour options, does have access to a tool called "Diodic4", though, an electronic dictionary app that can be used for studying foreign languages.

Just to take it another step further, there are data plans that one can opt for that limit the number of texts one can send.

It is now available in two colours, black and gold, and costs about 20,000 rupees ($190).

The device has a 5-inch Super AMOLED display with qHD resolution, powered by a Quad-core processor with a clock frequency of 1.4 GHz, has 1.5 GB of RAM and drive 16 GB (expandable via SD slot).

As you might expect, this speedier chipset requires more power.

Now the phone costs for around Rupees 21,437 or $185.
