Trump Did "Exceedingly Well" on Mental Exam

Obama welcomed Trump to Washington a year ago. They haven't spoken since

"No heart problems, no dementia, no dentures?"

Once you've done the test, tot up the scores.

Jackson gave Trump's height as 6 feet 3 inches, and his weight as 239 pounds.

The president's tests indicated someone in "excellent" health for their age, Dr. Jackson said, although Trump's body mass index indicates he is overweight and just below obese, prompting the doctor to suggest he cut down on fatty foods.

In that vein, Jackson said he was getting a nutrition specialist to work with White House chefs to "cut calories" and is working with First Lady Melania Trump to put together an exercise program for the President. Colbert, though, is still skeptical of these new health results.

Mr Trump was only supposed to undergo a physical exam, but undertook the mental test too after suggesting it himself. It took significantly longer to complete. "Dr. Ronnie Jackson is the White House doctor". How could he be in excellent health when he sneezes and gravy comes out?

The Navy doctor spent almost an hour answering reporters' questions.

"I don't want to spend the time", he said.

"I get exercise. I mean I walk, I this, I that", Trump told Reuters during an Oval Office interview.

"Surprise, surprise", Fallon said.

"I've got to know him pretty well".

The controversy already has its own hashtag: the girther movement - driven by those who think the new information on Trump's health is fake news.

His blood pressure was normal, and his cholesterol was on the high side, Jackson said.

Jackson also said the Prez does not wear dentures. I had no intention of doing one, ' Jackson recalled.

And if you're doubting the results like the reporters who were present for the doc's press conference, Dr. Jackson said the president just has "great genes". "Some people just have great genes". "But he can't fit in them".

Trump's mental fitness for the job had come under intense scrutiny after a recently published book, Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House, portrayed him as childlike.

The comedian hoped the results are incorrect because if not, that would mean Trump is acting insane on goal.

Asked about a much-discussed episode in which the president seemed to slur his words during a televised speech in December about the Middle East, Jackson said it might had been caused by Sudafed, a medicine for nasal congestion.

Jackson reported that the 6ft 3in president weighed in at 239lb, 3lb heavier than he was in September 2016.

Trump's #girthers on Twitter believe that the President weighs more than the White House doctor declared.
