Samsung Galaxy On7 Prime with 5.5-inch display launched in India starting at Rs. 12990

Rumours of Samsung Galaxy S9 are already floating around and now it seems that the company will soon drop the curtains from its next Galaxy S model. The Galaxy On7 Prime will be an Amazon India-exclusive in the country and will be available for buying in two versions: one with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage for Rs 12,990, and another with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage for Rs 14,990. Apart from this, the smartphone also features Samsung Mall, which lets you search for items across multiple online stores in one app.

The smartphone comes in two variants based on 3GB/4GB RAM and 32GB/64GB storage versions.

The phone comes in full metal unibody design and will be available in Black and Gold color options.

The Samsung Galaxy ON7 Prime features a 5.5-inch FHD display with the usual 16:9 aspect ratio. The storage space is further expandable up to 256GB using a microSD card, on both the variants.

Customers will also get Rs. 2000 cashback in Jio money with Jio recharge of Rs. 299 per month for 24 months.

The company has not revealed the operating system of the smartphone but it is expected that it will run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat.

It is powered by a 1.6 GHz Exynos Octa-Core processor coupled with 4GB RAM and 64GB onboard storage.

The Galaxy On7 Prime sports a 13-megapixel camera on the rear with f/1.9 aperture, autofocus and LED flash.

If rumours are to be believed, the smartphone might sport a 13MP camera with a f/1.9 aperture on the front and back. It is backed by a 3300mAh battery.

For other connectivity, the handset also supports 4G VoLTE, WiFi (802.11 b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, micro USB 2.0 port.
