Hitting the high seas on March 20, 2018, Assassin's Creed Rogue Remastered will include all previously released DLC, bonus missions The Armor of Sir Gunn Quest and The Siege of Fort de Sable, plus the Master Templar and Explorer packs, which contain cosmetic items. For more information on Assassin's Creed, visit assassinscreed.com. "Players' journeys will take them from attractive New York City to the Wild River Valley and icy cold waters of the North Atlantic". The title plucks most of its influence from Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, featuring epic ship battles and looting, and is known for its offensive Irish accents.

Assassin's Creed Rogue tells the unique story of Shay Patrick Cormac an Assassin who become disillusioned with the way of the brotherhood after a disastrous event with an artifact. Although PC players seem to be missing out on the remaster, its likely that the new edition is simply bringing the enhanced graphics that were available on the PC version to the consoles.
