A 'John Wick' TV show is in the works at Starz

The poet-artist duo went on to create their second book together Shadows in 2016 with Grant

I think the world is very vast, and everything I've heard from it is very positive. "That is part of the ongoing conversation". Starz is now developing a spin-off of the Keanu Reeves-starring action franchise. A third feature film, "John Wick: Chapter 3", is due for release in 2019. Those ideas had already given rise to the concept of a John Wick TV show, but now the project has gotten a formal go-ahead. "There'll be no conflict".

But that's not all: Keanu Reeves will serve as an executive producer and appear as the hitman he portrayed in 2014's John Wick and last year's John Wick: Chapter 2. This is an important collaboration between the network and studio.

The Continental will be set in the John Wick universe, focusing on the inner workings of the exclusive Continental Hotel which serves as a refuge for assassins. "This is a chance to engage with the phenomenal fanbase ..." The show will focus on the unusual events that occur inside the hotel-for-assassins, The Continental, according to Deadline.

"Howards End", a four-episode limited series, is based on E.M. Forster's novel of the same name and will premiere on Sunday, April 8.

Keanu Reeves is re-teaming with John Wick co-directorsChad Stahelski and David Leitch, alongside writer Derek Kolstad, for a John Wick TVseries on Starz.

In the press release, Albrecht gave an additional quote that confirmed the John Wick level of action would continue in the series. "'The Continental' promises to include the thunderous fight sequences and intensely staged shootouts between professional assassins and their targets that fans have come to expect in the John Wick movie franchise as well as introducing some new, darkly compelling characters who inhabit this underground world".
